• Hourly rate: $65 + direct expenses.
• Services are performed in our office or at your home or business by appointment only.
• Mileage/travel time is the lesser of $1.50 per mile round trip or our regular hourly rate from our office, for all services performed away from our office in Eldorado, New Mexico.
• There is a 1 hour minimum charge.
• 15 minute increments apply after the first hour.
• New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax applies for services provided locally.
• Hourly rate is $97.50 for appointments on Sundays, holidays and evenings after 6 PM, MT; a $130/hr rate applies at night (10 PM-9 AM, MT). Appointments during non-business hours are limited.

• You can usually reach us for information and telephone support during our office hours Mon - Fri 11 AM - Noon and 4 PM - 5 PM.
• Informational calls regarding our services that are otherwise non-consultational are free.
• Calls to solve problems or seek advice are billed.
• A call of less than 10 minutes that defines but does not solve a problem and which results in an appointment is not billed. Subsequent calls related to the same issue or calls longer than 10 minutes are considered consultation and are billed.
• Each telephone contact is billed at our regular rate with a 30 minute minimum charge of $32.50. 15 minute increments apply thereafter.
• Hourly rate is $97.50 with a 30 minute minimum for calls on Sundays, holidays and evenings after 6 PM, MT; a $130/hr rate with a 30 minute minimum applies at night (10 PM-9 AM, MT). Telephone availability during non-office hours is limited.
• Some issues cannot be resolved through telephone contacts alone, and may require an appointment. Other issues may require more than one telephone contact for resolution.
